Healing and growth begins with listening.
Psychotherapy for individuals across Ontario.
ABOUT ME
Hi. I’m Dr. Matthew Green, a registered psychotherapist (qualifying). I work with adults navigating relational and developmental trauma, attachment wounds, and questions of meaning and faith. My approach is informed by attachment theory, interpersonal neurobiology, and relational depth work while drawing on training in object relations and family systems perspectives. When it’s warranted, I bring a spiritually-grounded sensibility to therapy.
I also work as a spiritual director for Christians and spiritually-sensitive people. I’m based in Hamilton, but I provide sessions virtually across Ontario and British Columbia.

Together We Can:
- Process trauma and painful experiences, including cPTSD
- Improve emotional regulation
- Strength the capacity to navigate relationships, present and past
- Explore faith, particularly when it’s uncertain or challenging
- Find a more solid sense of self
- Develop a process that works for you
